Where for art thou fountain of youth?

Thank you God I have a hard time throwing beauty supplies away because I just came across something I've had for years, but JUST NOW obsessed with. And as my luck would always have it...its discontinued. Bastards. But you can bet your sweet ass Ive already emailed St. Ives and begged them to reconsider.

Here is why: my broke ass ran out of night moisturizer, and although this little bottle of cucumber heaven wasn't necessarily collecting dust, I just didn't see a need for it on the regular. In the past, Ive used it on an all day beach-red face or a PMS fueled crying fit for my puffy eyes. But the other day I used it as my night moisturizer, and badda bing...whatta know? The next morning, I had no "morning face" and looked totally refreshed.

Cons: None. (except that its discontinued, and you can currently find it on Ebay for over $27...retail is $3. Let me know if any of you lovelies find it other wise; buy one for you AND for me.)

Spring is in the air....

Tangerine is the new pink this spring. I however, will be directing traffic later.

Conversely, bright pinks are the trend right now. A bright blush will add radiance, and "lift" to the entire face. For my fellow readers who live in fear of pinks, just a light sweep on top of the cheek bone will make you a believer.

A fellow blogger of mine wrote some pretty slap ya mama truths about dating and relationships recently. Its so funny how we think we know what the deal is when we're in our teens, then, you cant tell us shit in our 20's, and in our 30's we think 'oh yeaaaaa" cause were just starting to get it. What stuck like honey: "...that bitch you see in the mirror should always be your number one priority." Why do we forget this like we suddenly have cotton balls for brains??????
