Dont threaten me with a good ressesion!

This has been the year changes-majoris! In effort to get my shit in order, Ive been slowing down on the major (translation = expensive) beauty products. BUT dont get me wrong....some really super duper shit is totes budget friendly. Some of my best products come from a small little isle, courtesy of your local CVS.

Speaking of CVS...
I ran in there just yesterday, totally focused on the job at hand and TRIED to b-line it past  all things beauty when........
I see an end cap of Kardashian makeup products and nail polish. Are the K's so hard up for cash that they have to market everything possible? I don't know what happened next, all i know is that I had this shiny bottle in my hands and swiped my CC with fever.

Call it morbid curiosity...but I bought their face primer...which is infused with 24k gold dust? Directions say to layer generously and leave on for 5 mins. Rinse well. Hmmmm....not that Im NOT worth my weight in gold but I may have to call shenanigans here. Stay tuned.

You dont call, you dont write....

Yea...its been a while, but im back. I really need to keep up on this. I cant keep bombarding my FB with my beauty tips and thoughts cause im sure half of my "friends" don't give two shits. PSA for my Ladies... Please don't use liquid foundation unless its absolutely necessary. Unless you know what you're really doing, this can end up caked on, not blended properly, or just the wrong shade. Not to mention the damage it can do to your skin. This is a catch 22. Your face needs coverage because of the damage you've done by caking it on, but the damage is inflicted by the makeup itself. Simply taking better care of your skin will lesson the need for face makeup. I'm not talking spending an obscene amount of money (Ill do that for you) but simply washing it twice a day and MOISTURIZING! It wasn't until I was 33, that I felt I HAD to use foundation on my face. The proof is in the pudding...this bitch still will be carded :)

Stay beautiful.
